Who am I?

Humanitarian, environmentalist, aspiring social justice advocate, and Toronto-born artist attempting to understand ways we can be more aware of the impacts modern Canadian culture has on social and systemic oppression.

My interest lies in understanding the mundane ways 21st-century Western lifestyles uphold institutional inequality through political systems that condition emerging generations to support imperialist ideologies.

My focus is to document the journey of dismantling those ideologies, for myself and willing others, by understanding how they are perpetuated by capitalism to embed discriminatory prejudice into mainstream North American culture which we are taught to desire.

My goal is to fuel inspiration and mobility towards intentional living through low-barrier action items and questioning how we interact with these institutions on an everyday basis.

As a white middle-class Canadian female, my content is coming from a place of inherent privilege and bias. I will never be speaking on behalf of groups or identities that I am not part of first hand.

Topics include: climate change, intersectional feminism, queer empowerment, gender identity, arts and culture, and local/ global politics.
